This experience is designed to expose youth to leadership, history, culture, education, teamwork, entrepreneurship, and future opportunities beyond the classroom through interactive community engagement and mentorship. Students who have participated in at least one Stanly YUNG Avengers STEM, Trades & Arts Workshop session are invited to complete this registration and permission form for consideration. Tentative Trip Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026. Destination: Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture — Charlotte, NC. Departure Location: Stanly Community College Webb Center Parking Lot. Transportation Provided. Tentative Schedule: • Meet & Check-In — 10:30 AM • Departure — 11:00 AM • Charlotte Leadership & Legacy Experience — 1 PM–3 PM • Return to Albemarle — Approximately 5 PM. Please complete all sections thoroughly. Due to transportation and capacity limitations, submission of this form does not automatically guarantee placement on the trip. Priority consideration may be given based on participation, engagement, teamwork, leadership, and workshop attendance.
